Shipping & Returns

RETURNS PROCEDURE 1. Products returned as faulty will be tested by Mark’s Computers. A period of a maximum of 72 hours will be required for the purpose of testing prior to a decision being made by Mark’s Computers. 2. Products found to be in full working order will be returned to the customer and Mark’s Computers reserve the right to levy a charge for the testing of such products. 3. Where a product is found to be faulty then Mark’s Computers will offer the customer a replacement of the product or a full refund. 4. Where the customer wishes to return a product due to incompatibility reasons then the product must be returned in it’s original state including all manuals, cables, software and packaging that constitutes part of the product. 5. Incompatible products returned by the customer are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%. 6. Where incompatible items are returned with missing manuals and/or cables and/or software and/or packaging that constitutes part of the product then the product becomes subject to a re-stocking fee of 70%. 7. Where the returned product is a computer system and contains an operating system and/or software supplied with it, whether installed or not at the time of purchase and where the fault is in the operating system and/or software then the customer will indemnify Mark’s Computers against any liability and shall pursue such faults with the publisher of the operating system and/or software that contains the fault. 8. Where the returned product is a computer system and contains hardware faults then the liability of Mark’s Computers shall be to the replacement of the defective parts and not to a replacement or refund to the parts found to be in good working order. 9. All faulty products must be returned to Mark’s Computers within 7 days and with receipt. 10. All faulty products returned after the 7 day period Mark’s Computers will not take the items back.
